We develop our own 3D engine for visualising oil reservoirs so graduates with OpenGL experience would be of great interest to us.
We are looking for motivated graduates looking to work on a range of interesting new products which we are developing. We are keen to receive CV's and covering letter either through the website or directly to this email address. Below is an idea of the candidate profile we are looking for to start this summer.
Technical Skills
* Educated to Degree level
* Knowledge of Object Orientated Principles
* Knowledge of using Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
* Experience of Design methodologies and requirements capture
* Knowledge of Design Patterns
* Knowledge of at least one of: CVS/SVN/Mercurial/Team Foundation
* Experience using UML
* Experience using at least one of: C#, Java or C++
Soft Skills
* Ability to work on their own and as part of a team
* Ability to manage their own time and workload to meet project deadlines
* Desire to develop their knowledge on their own
Desirable
* .Net framework Knowledge and Experience
* Agile Development Experience especially scrum
* Experience with Linux operating systems
* GUI Design and usability experience
* Knowledge and experience of DirectX and/or OpenGL
