Event Description

Imagine a full orchestra and choir playing music from your favourite video games, accompanied by synchronised video, lighting, special effects, crowd interactivity and live action. This is Video Games Live and it's coming to Dundee in November!

You'll be able to hear music from such games as Final Fantasy, Halo, Mario, Zelda, Warcraft, Sonic, Kingdom Hearts, Metal Gear Solid as well as a classic arcade medley and many more.

The pre-show festival includes game competitions, a costume contest, special guests, game demos and prizes.

Video Games Live takes place at the Caird Hall, Dundee, on Sunday 15th November. Doors open at 6.30pm. Get your hands on a ticket by visiting www.cairdhall.co.uk/boxoffice or call (01382) 434940.

This event is part of NEoN '09, Dundee's Digital Arts Festival.

Dare to be Digital will be showcasing it's 2009 winning games, including the 3 BAFTA nominated games, the ProtoPlay Audience Award game and the Intel Visual Adrenaline Award game at the consumer event "NEoN Public", held alongside the Video Games Live concert on the same day starting at 12 noon at Marryat Hall, Dundee.
